Sorry I haven't added much lately......I've been a little side tracked.
I've taken a break from my regular karate training and have been doing alot of cardio and some weight training.I highly recommend it by the way.It's a great supplement to your regular training.Anyway,I'm itching to get back at the karate though so expect some updates in the future!
